According to a report by the Mail, the 32 year-old is planning an imminent proposal to the brunette beauty- a move which will add the American actress into the Windsor fold within years. A friend close to the young suitor, who's fifth in line to the throne, told the paper:
"Harry has found the girl he wants to spend the rest of his life with. He is fuelling all the talk about the future."
They add that he would ideally like to pop the question before he turns 33 on September 15. This is to ensure his grandfather, Prince Philip, can be at his big day.
The Duke of Edinburgh, 96, has been in ill health recently and it is thought Harry hopes to break with the traditional two-year courtship for royal engagements.
As if that wasn't enough, another friend then keenly told the Mail on Sunday:
"There’s no question they are madly in love. Harry is really happy, and from seeing them together I’d say it’s just a question of when, not if, he’s going to ask her to marry him."
Last month it was alleged that Harry has been designing an engagement ring for Meghan made from a bracelet which belonged to his late mother, Princess Diana.
The Prince of Wales' son has reportedly commissioned royal jeweller Harry Collins to create the emerald sparkler, it is claimed.
